Life-saving response to flooding in Libya

This 6-month project will consist of a multi-sectorial response focusing on immediate relief activities to 2,500 individuals, mainly IDP households, affected by storm Daniel in North-eastern Libya. This will be done through the provision of NFI kits to 1,000 individuals, cash for shelter to 450 individuals, hygiene kits to 1,000 individuals, and hygiene sensitization sessions to 2,500 individuals, to reduce the risk of waterborne diseases. The intervention includes the upgrade of shelters to meet shelter minimum standard to ensure privacy, dignity, and other protection concerns. Acted will coordinate with the relevant Clusters and authorities to identify the beneficiaries.
