Building Resilience Through Early Recovery Support to Flood-Affected Communities of Pakistan

This project aims to provide early recovery support to the vulnerable flood-affected communities of District Kashmore of Sindh Province and District Usta Muhammad/Jaffarabad of Baluchistan Province in Pakistan through livelihoods restoration and shelter reconstruction support, and by facilitating the communities in restoring their access to clean drinking water.
This, while simultaneously strengthening their resilience to future climate shocks by building their capacities in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). This 12-month project will benefit 37,870 individuals building their resilience and enabling them to ‘Build Back Better’’ and meet their basic needs in a sustainable manner.
