During this 12-month intervention, ACTED, IMPACT Initiatives and CSOs/self-help groups/volunteers will provide multi-sectoral assistance to IDPs and conflict-affected populations in Ukraine, in the WASH, FSL, Shelter and Protection sectors. To improve the operating environment for CSOs and strengthen their capacities, ACTED will provide material and technical support to three categories of partners, according to their capacities and needs: 15 Category 1 partners (CSOs in West/Central Ukraine), 27 Category 2 partners (CSOs in East/South Ukraine) and 10 Category 3 partners (volunteer groups) through grants award and tailored capacity-building.
