Enhancing disaster-risk reduction in Anenii Noi Raion, Moldova

This 12-month project aims to strengthen the coordination, preparedness, and response capacity of local authorities and CSOs in Anenii Noi Raion to respond more effectively to man-made and natural disasters. For this, Acted will develop 25 DRR strategies for local municipal authorities, establish a CSO Coordination forum, conduct a round up conference and a field based simulation exercise, provide DRR trainings for 50 local municipal authorities and for 20 local CSOs, and finally disburse small grants to four CSOs.
