The Project Coordinator ensures all projects in the sector run in a smooth and cost-efficient manner and in compliance with Acted’s and donors’ procedures and legal requirements.

Expected skills and qualifications

• Au moins quatre ans d’expérience terrain en gestion de programme et coordination;
• Compétences avérées en matière de communication et d’organisation;
• Capacité à former, mobiliser et gérer du personnel expérimenté;
• Flexibilité et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches sous pression;
• Capacité à travailler dans des environnements sécuritaires instables et changeant fréquemment;
• Volonté de travailler et de vivre dans des zones souvent éloignées et dans des conditions de base;
• Capacité avérée à travailler de manière créative et indépendante, tant sur le terrain qu’au bureau;

Terms of reference

Conditions

• Salary between 2700 and 2900€ monthly (before income tax), depending on the level of education, security level, etc as well as a monthly living allowance of $300
• Accommodation and food provided in Acted guesthouse
• Pension, health insurance, life insurance and repatriation assistance (& unemployment insurance for EU citizens)
• Flight tickets every 6 months & visa fees covered
• Contribution to the luggage transportation: up to 100 kgs, depending on the length of the contract
• Annual leave of 25 to 43 days per year
• One week pre-departure training in Acted HQ, including a 4-days in situ security training
• Tax advice (free 30-minute call with a tax consultant)
