How will I be contacted for an interview?

  • Within a maximum of 2 weeks. If you are not contacted after 2 weeks, you may consider that you have not been selected for this position.
  • You will be contacted by email only, not by phone.

The recruitment process generally takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the position.

Recruitment process

If your application is successful, a recruitment officer will contact you to arrange a first interview.

1st
Interview

The first interview is always arranged by Skype. If you are selected after this interview, and depending on the position, you will have to perform a technical test.

Technical test

The technical test is organized in order to validate the technical skills expected on the job.

2nd
Interview

The second interview is via Skype for field positions, and face-to-face for headquarters positions in Paris, with a recruitment officer, a field-based manager, and a representative from the functional department based at headquarters.

Following the second interview, the ACTED team carries out a debriefing and a reference check.
