INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED Tunisia/Libya , implementing the project “Assistance to vulnerable populations in Libya through cash, QIPs and communication with communities in Libya” under UNHCR funding is inviting suppliers of media and printing company services to submit offers for each batch for the following services:

The suppliers can answer to all the 3 batches or only one batch and will still be eligible.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED and IAPG websites regularly for potential modifications to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before August 10th, 2018 at 5:00PM (Tunis local time) at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope with the mention “T/14DGK/H76/BIL/BRC/VID/24-07-2018 – Not to be opened before 11-08-2018” or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on August 13th, 2018 at 3:00PM in the ACTED representative office in Tunis: Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail, Bloc A, App A1-1, Les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis.
