ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), an NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting consultants to submit offers for the following.

Position	Capacity Building Project Consultant
Duration	6-month full-time consultancy service contract
Work place	Based in Dohuk, Iraq (mobile in areas of intervention of the project)
Timeline and Contract Duration	Estimated at 6 months, to be finalized and agreed upon with the selected consultant.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before 12/07/2018 (12^th July 2018 at 14:00PM) (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
