The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the YemenHR website or IAPG website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents. ينصح مقدمي العطاءات على الرجوع إلى موقع YemenHR الإلكتروني بانتظام لاحتمال التعديل محتمل العطاء الحالي و / أو وثائق العطاء.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on [07/07/2021] at [11:00 AM ] in ACTED Sana’a Office- Haddah Street -Yemen ] Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
وستنظم دورة إعلامية قبل تقديم العطاءات في [07/07/2021] في [11:00 AM] في المكتب التمثيلي التابع لمنظمة أكتد – صنعاء – شارع حدة – اليمن ].
All bids must be submitted before 15-07-2021 at 04:00 AM to ACTED Sana’a Office, Haadah, Behind Al-azani -S -Sana’a-Yemen in a sealed envelope with the text ““T/15DYK/D34DWP/DHAMAR/YEM/ 23-06-2021 /001’’’’– not to be opened before the 15 / 07 / 2021 Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
اخر موعد لاستلام العروض واغلاق العطاء 15/07/2021 الساعة الـ 10:00 صباحا حسب توقيت اليمن وجميع العروض يجب ان تقدم لمكتب منظمة أكتد –حده – خلف العزاني – صنعاء – اليمن في ظرف مغلق ومختوم يحمل اسم العطاء T/15DYK/D34DWP/DHAMAR/YEM/23-06-2021/001’’ لن يتم فتح المغلفات قبل جلسة فتح العروض بتاريخ 15/07/2021- – العروض المتاخرة سوف ترفض تلقائيا
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. لن تكون منظمة أكتد مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يدفعها المتقدمين للمناقصة الخاصة بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم لمنظمة أكتد.
A tender opening session will take place in the ACTED representative’s office at Acted Office – Sana’a Office, Haadah, Behind Al-azani -S -Sana’a-Yemen on 15-07-2021 at 10:00 AM (Yemen time). The presence of bidders’ representatives is permitted but not compulsory. Therefore, suppliers are advised to apply to which they are the most specialised, the most competitive, the most experienced, and the most effective in completing the works. Finally, There Will be one supplier for each phase. لذلك، يُنصح المورّدون بالتقدم إلى البنود التي يكونوا بها الأكثر تخصصًا والأكثر تنافسية والأكثر خبرة والأكثر فاعلية في إنجاز الأعمال. أخيرًا، سيكون هناك مورد واحد فقط لكل مرحلة.
Supplier must visit the site to confirm and know all the details that must be taken into account when pricing. ويجب على المورد أن يزور الموقع للتأكيد على جميع التفاصيل التي يجب أخذها في الاعتبار عند تحديد الأسعار ومعرفتها.
