ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), supporting conflict-affected communities in Northern Syria with live-saving and early-recovery assistance, and implementing the project “Addressing food insecurity for vulnerable conflict-affected populations in Syria”, is inviting contractors of services to submit offers for each item for the following services:

Send the samples to an approved laboratory according to the specifications of the food products in Codex Alimentarius,	1 sample of 20 food commodities listed in Annex 1 and 3 samples of 12 food commodities listed in Annex 3; all tests listed in Annex 3	Service	DDP Food Suppliers’ Warehouse (likely to be located in Turkey, Idlib and Azzaz)	2 days after a call-off purchase order

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 18/08/2019 at 14:00 local time in Jordan in ACTED representative office in Jordan. Saqra Building, 238A Arar Street (entrance C – 5th floor), Wadi Saqra Amman – Jordan. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before 24/08/2019 at 12:00 (local time in Jordan) by E-mail at syria2.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED. A tender opening session will take place on 25/08/2019 at 15:00 (local time in Jordan) in the ACTED representative office in Saqra Building, 238A Arar Street (entrance C – 5th floor), Wadi Saqra Amman – Jordan.
