ACTED, in partnership with Humanity and Inclusion (HI), CEFE NET, HDO and FIOH, is implementing the “Integrated Economic Development of Uva and Central provinces of Sri Lanka” project under Europe Aid funding, and is inviting suppliers of assets and works to submit offers for the following lots.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected by paying a fee of  Rs 300.00 per lot, by all interested bidders at the following addresses:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult ACTED’s website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

Pre-tender information sessions will be organized on 10 /10/2019 at 09.30 AM at ACTED’s Colombo office and on 11/10/2019 at 09.30 AM at ACTED’s Badulla office. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

 

All bids must be submitted before or on 30/10/2019 at 16.30 hours at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at srilanka.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 01/11/2019 at 09.00 am in the ACTED office in No 24, Rajasinghe Road, Colombo 6- SRI LANKA. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
