After years of conflict and displacement, the situation in Mali remains precarious, and humanitarian needs continue to grow. Multi-sectoral in nature, these needs are both the result of a chronic humanitarian situation and strong structural deficits, aggravated by climate change; and require an adapted, responsible and qualitative response. This 24-month project aims to provide a multi-sectoral response to vulnerable people affected by displacement following an RRM intervention, while enabling recovery and promoting qualitative coordination of services in Mali and a mobile, qualitative approach in Central and Northern Mali. The project has 3 objectives: Promote enhanced coordination of services and improved quality of response to communities affected by displacement, ensuring safe and dignified living conditions for displaced men, women, boys and girls residing in host sites and families; Provide post-MRR access to basic services for communities affected by displacement, through a multi-sectoral, mobile and area-based approach; Improve access to adequate and safe recovery opportunities for vulnerable people affected by displacement, through a coordinated, tailored and area-based approach. This project will support 20,400 individuals, including 14,280 IDPs.
