For the 2nd consecutive year, Acted is continuing to provide life-saving, multisectoral assistance to the 11,397 Ethiopian refugees in Camp 6, Blue Nile. Acted will provide specialised Protection assistance to at-risk children and SGBV survivors while strengthening the capacities of the CBPNs established in 2023.
In addition, Acted will provide water-trucking for the daily needs of the camp residents and improve the water supply as well as waste management systems. Lastly, Acted will help newly arrived refugees to settle in the camp by distributing hot meals and SNFI kits. For longer-term solutions, tukuls built in the years prior to 2023 will also be rehabilitated.
