ACTED, implementing the project “Reducing Vulnerability to Disaster Risk and building socio-economic resilience in Moldova” under l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD)  and United States Agency for International Development funding, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for all the deliverables of the lot for the following consultancy:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian and Russian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

–        ACTED representative office in 182, 3rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

 

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 04/08/2023 at 3:00 PM in ACTED representative office in 182, 3rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

 

All bids must be submitted before on 05/09/2023 at 6:00PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids or unsealed envelope will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 23/08/2023 at 10:00 AM in the ACTED representative office in 182, 3rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
