ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing several projects in Iraq, and is inviting suppliers of translation services to submit offers for the following lots:

Tenderers are invited to bid on one or more lots, but need to submit offers for all items in the lot.
The number of items (Quantities) in the lots above are not fixed orders will be in different quantities.
Bidders need to bid for all the items of one lot to be eligible for this lot.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized 05/12/2019 (December 5th, 2019) at 10:00AM (Iraq time) in ACTED representative office in Erbil, IRAQ (6th street (Khabat street) on the right after Ankawa intersection,1st street on the right, House #: 240/1/467 Hadiyab quarter, Ainkawa, Erbil, Iraq. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before 26/12/2019 (December 26th, 2019) at 12:00PM (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place 28/12/2019 (December 28th, 2019) at 2:00PM (Iraq time) in the ACTED representative office in Erbil, IRAQ. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
