ACTED Tunisia / Libya implementing several of its projects funded by different donors across Tunisia and Libya, invites service providers to submit their offers for the signature of a one (1) year framework contract for the Health insurance for ACTED national employees and dependents as follows:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be downloaded free of charge by all interested bidders at the following website:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Jamaity website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before on 27-12-2021 at 11:59 PM Tunisia local time by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 28-12-2021 at 11:00 AM Tunisia Local time in the ACTED representative office in Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is not allowed due to the sanitary context (COVID 19). For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Tunis not later than 22-12-2021 at 11:59 PM Tunisia Local time by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org.
