ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is inviting suppliers of products and services to submit offers for the following call for tender:

ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot
Suppliers can bid for one or several lots. If the supplier answers only to one lot, this supplier will be considered as eligible for the tender.
This call for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

All bids must be submitted no later than 15/03/2019 (March, 15th, 2019) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org , Cc: tender@acted.org
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on March 18th, 2019 in the ACTED representative office at 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed and bidders have to manifest their interest in order to get the meeting time for tender opening session. Indeed, this piece of information will be provided later.
