ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project under USAID financed grant funding is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for each batch for the following services:

Conducting a Hygiene Promotion research consultancy aimed at understanding menstrual hygiene management in Salamiyah IDP camp.

The cost breakdown to perform the work remotely will be clearly indicated and detailed by the consultant based on the below timeline steps, as well as the number of days needed to complete the work.

 

Submission of the final report 50days after beginning the first phase of implementation to ACTED Representative office in Erbil24/05/2019 – initial phase of implementation

 

 

Option B  including field works

24/05/2019 – initial phase of implementation

 

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before on Sunday 10th of May at 4.00 pm at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED reserves the right to cancel a part or the totality of this call for tender.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
