The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected by paying a fee of Rs 300.00 per lot at the following addresses, also the bidding document can be obtain free of charge by send ing a request mail to srilanka.tender@acted.org by requesting the exact lot Number. Potential bidders are encouraged to consult ACTED’s website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
Pre-tender information sessions will be organized on 17/06/2019 at 10.30 AM at ACTED’s Colombo office and on 19/06/2019 at 10.30 AM at ACTED’s Monaragala office. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before 03/07/2019 at 16.00 hours at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at srilanka.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 05/07/2019 at 09.00 am in the ACTED office in No 24, Rajasinghe Road, Colombo 6- SRI LANKA.. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
