Coordinated response to the rise in violent extremism in the regions of Tunis, Jendouba, Kef, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine

This Project is implemented by the association We Love Sousse and and supported by the Global Fund for Community Engagement and Resilience (GCERF) for a duration of 40 months between September 01, 2022 and 12/31/2025. The overall aim of the project is to build resilience against violent extremism in Tunisia by combating the rise of violent extremism among young people and women, by involving them in civic life and the development processes of their region. The specific objectives of the projects are, in the five targeted municipalities: 1) Young people improve their ability to engage at local level and advocate for the prevention of violent extremism; 2) Students and educational staff are trained in the prevention of violent extremism.
