The Afghanistan Community Resilience and Livelihoods Project (CRLP) is an initiative of the World Bank and the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) aimed at providing short-term livelihood opportunities and delivering urgent essential services in rural and urban areas.
