Bidders are allowed to bid for one or more lots at the same time.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at one of the following addresses:

All bids must be submitted before 16/12/2018 (Sunday, the 16^th of December 2018) at 16:00 (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

A tender opening session will take place between 17 – 20/12/2018 in the ACTED representative office in Erbil. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
