ACTED Iraq (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers to prequalify to a call for tender for Audit Services.

 

Description of servicesLocation
One-year Framework Agreement for audit servicesThe audit will be performed at ACTED KRI and Iraq representative offices.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address :

ACTED representative office in Erbil : IRAQ (6th street, Khabat street) on the right after Ankawa intersection, 1st street on the right, House #: 240/1/467 Hadiyab quarter, Ainkawa, Erbil, Iraq)

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the above-mentioned websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

Potential bidders are invited to attend an information session, which will be held on 19/05/2019 at 11am (Iraqi time) at the ACTED representative office in Erbil. Please register your interest to attend this session by emailing iraq.tender@acted.org, as the date and time are subject to change.

 

All bids must be submitted before 02/06/2019  at 2.30 pm (Iraqi time) at the ACTED representative office in Erbil, IRAQ (6th street, Khabat street) on the right after Ankawa intersection, 1st street on the right, House #: 240/1/467 Hadiyab quarter, Ainkawa, Erbil, Iraq) in a sealed envelope or by e-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org  Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 3rd June 2019 at 11:00 AM in the ACTED Iraq representative office in Erbil. The presence of Bidders’ representative is allowed at this opening session in which submissions are opened and deemed eligible for consideration based on the administrative requirements.
