ACTED Jordan (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing several projects in Zaatari Refugee Camp, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for the following services:

Bidders can bid for one lot or more – but must to submit offer(s) for ALL items in the lot.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address : ACTED representative office, 25 Ahmad Shawqi Street, Jabal Al Weibdeh, Amman, Jordan.

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” or from the IAPG website at www.iapg.org.uk under the section “Latest Tenders”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult IAPG and ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before Sunday 14th April 2019 at 3:00 pm (Jordan time) in ACTED representative office in Jordan at 25 Ahmad Shawqi Street. Jabal Al Weibdeh, Amman in a sealed envelope or by e-mail at jordan.tender@acted.org , Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED Jordan will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on Monday  15th April 2019 at 11:00 am (Jordan time)  in ACTED representative office at 25 Ahmad Shawqi Street. Jabal Al Weibdeh, Amman. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Please send an email to Jordan.tender@acted.org  to register interest in attending, ACTED Jordan will then inform you if this date/ time changes.
