NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT T/10/MULTI/MOBILE-MONEY-TRANSFER /ERBIL/05-09-2018/001
ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), a NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting suppliers of Mobile money transfer service to submit offers for the following lots for the award of framework agreement (FA) with duration of one year:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before 26/09/2018 (September 26th, 2018) at 16:00 (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office no later than 19th of September, 2018 at 04:00 pm by e-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
