ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for each batch for the following description of the works/products:

ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all suppliers and service providers.

 

The Bidding Document package (drawings, Bid Condition, technical, general specifications, etc.) (in English) should be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address no later than 19/09/2018:

ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut

The eligible companies will be only the ones who have a copy of the Lebanese Contractors classification as:

  1. Grade one classification Contractor for Water Project with the Ministry of Energy and Water, and
  2. Five stars classified contractor (roads, civil works, and buildings) in CDR (Council of Development and   Reconstruction), and
  3. Establishment projects in the value of at least two million USD during the last five years.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted no later than 04/10/2018 (October, 4th 2018) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in two sealed separate envelopes or two separate Emails (1- offer form 2-all other related and requested documents) to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on the 5 October 2018 (exact time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
