NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Increasing refugees’ ability to enjoy the right to work and enhance access to training opportunities” under UNHCR funding is inviting organisations and companies to submit their financial and technical offers for the following services.

• Lot (1): Training on Worker’s Rights and Legal Framework seminar/training
• Lot (2): Vocational training on Children’s (6-12 years old) Dress Sewing Course
• Lot (3): Vocational training on Information and Documentation Management
• Lot (4): Vocational training on Regional Food Manufacturing
• Lot (5): Business Management training

ALL BIDDERS MAY BID FOR ONE LOT OR FOR SEVERAL LOTS.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English and in Turkish) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 05/04/2019 at 15:00 local time in ACTED representative office in General Şükrü kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No 190, Sarı Center kat 7-8. Antakya/Hatay,Turkey.

Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before 11/04/2019 at 17:00 local time at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at turkey.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 12/04/2019 at 11:00 local time in the ACTED representative office in General Şükrü kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No 190, Sarı Center kat 7-8. Antakya/Hatay,Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
