These calls for tenders will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required per item or per lot.

 

These calls for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

 

ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th-9th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Beirut

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the above-mentioned websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted no later than 31/05/2019 (May 31st 2019) at 5:00 pm (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 03/06/2019 (June 3rd 2019) in the ACTED representative office in 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
