NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), a NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting bidders to submit offers for the following lot for the award of framework agreement (FA) with duration of one year:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at one of the following addresses:

ACTED representative office in Erbil, IRAQ (6th street (Khabat street) on the right after Ankawa intersection,1st street on the right, House #: 240/1/467 Hadiyab quarter, Ainkawa, Erbil, Iraq)
ACTED representative office in Dohuk: Golvin 67 St. Malta Islam Quarter – Dohuk 3rd Street from Malta Hill Traffic Light to Down Town

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before 16/12/2018 (Sunday, the 16^th of December 2018) at 16:00 (Iraq time) at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

A tender opening session will take place between 17 – 20/12/2018 in the ACTED representative office in Erbil. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. To obtain more information concerning the tender opening session, please send an email tat iraq.tender@acted.org and in cc tender@acted.org.
