ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers to submit offers for the following description of the works and products:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut

Or can be downloaded from the DALEEL MADANI website under the section “Calls & funding”, at http://daleel-madani.org/calls or from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender”

 

All bids must be submitted no later than 19/02/2019 (February 19th, 2019) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in two sealed separate envelopes or two separate Emails (1- offer form; 2-all other related and requested documents) to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on the 20th of February 2019 (exact time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
