All bids must be submitted before 14/08/2018 at 12:00 at the ACTED PO Box 16070 Sanaa, YEMEN in a sealed envelope with the mention “T/15DCI/O96/RAT-RAC/HOD/30-07-2018/001 not to be opened before 16/08/2018”. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. Bids from unqualified bidders will be rejected. Bidder must write the Ref of the tender on the envelope

يجب تقديم جميع العطاءات قبل 14/08/2018 في الساعة 12:00 في صندوق بريد ACTED PO Box 16070 صنعاء ، اليمن في ظرف مختوم مع ذكر “T / 15DCI / O96 / RAT-RAC / HOD / 30-07-2018 / يجب عدم فتح المظروف قبل 16/ 08/2018 “. سيتم رفض العطاءات المتأخرة تلقائيًا. سيتم رفض العروض من مقدمي العروض غير المؤهلين. يجب على مقدم العطاء كتابة المرجع العطاء على الظرف وكذلك لن تقبل اي ظروف غير مغلقه ومختومه بالشمع الاحمر مع ذكر مرجع المناقصة.
