ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), Supporting conflict-affected communities in Northern Syria with live-saving and early-recovery assistance, inviting suppliers of supplies to submit offers for each batch for the following description of the supplies:

The bidders have the right to apply for one lot or more, but will be offered multiple contracts only if they prove their capacity to deliver more than one lot simultaneously.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: ACTED representative office in General Şükrü Kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No:190 Sarı Center Kat: 7,8 31030 Antakya Hatay, TURKEY.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the above mentioned website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 10/06/2019 at 14:00 (Local time in Turkey) in ACTED representative offices in General Şükrü Kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No:190 Sarı Center Kat: 7,8 31030 Antakya Hatay, TURKEY. A remote connection can be arranged on request for bidders not able to attend this session.

Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before on 17/06/2019 at 16:00 (Local time in Turkey) by E-mail at syria2.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 19/06/2019 at 11:00 (local time in Amman) in the ACTED representative office in Amman – Jordan. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed, either in-person in Amman or can be arranged remotely.
