Provision of Evaluation / Consultancy Services

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) provides relief assistance to victims of conflict and vulnerable populations. Its activities range from emergency relief to development projects in the following States – Warrap, Upper Nile, Western Bahr el Ghazel Jonglei, Central Equatorial, Maridi and Western Equatoria –respectively. ACTED is inviting suppliers of evaluation/ consultancy services to submit their bid for the following services:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents

 

All bids must be submitted before 27th-05-2019 at 12:00PM (Juba local time) at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope labeled T/32DKS/U43EVA/AKOBO/JUB/CONSULTANT/13/05/2019/001, or by E-mail at south-sudan.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. All bids must be submitted on the ACTED issued documents, tampering with the documents disqualify the bid.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 27th-05-2019 at 2:00PM (Juba local time) in the ACTED representative office in Juba. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
