ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Building sustainable shelter in Northern and Eastern Afghanistan” under OFDA funding is inviting qualified/specialized companies to submit offers for each batch for the following shelter, latrine materials and tools:

*Any bidder which core activity is not related/specialized with the tender subject (construction or logistics) will not be considered.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified companies. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge during working hours (Sunday to Thursday from 9AM till 4PM) by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

All bids must be submitted before 25^th November 2019 at 4:00PM at the address (es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at afghanistan.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org for international companies. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
