Through this 12-months project, REACH will aim to enhance the evidence base for the HNRP through multisectoral assessments and analysis, enabling improved prioritization of humanitarian needs by humanitarian actors in Ethiopia. REACH will conduct one round of HSM and will conduct the phase of preparation and coordination of the 2025 MSNA.
