Central African Republic

Central African Republic Humanitarian Action
May 2024
April 2025

In 2024, the situation in the Central African Republic (CAR) remains volatile, with three new areas of tension having emerged, directly affecting populations in the North-West, North-East and South-East.

In this 13th phase of the RRM, and with the suppport of UNICEF, Acted will maintain its response capacity in favor of people affected by a shock in the non-food items (NFI) sector as well as in Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) sector in the eastern part of CAR. Complementarity will be maintained between the various RRM players (Action Contre la Faim and Solidarité Internationale) with the sharing of intervention zones and the management of malnutrition by ACF.

Lastly, IMPACT, through the REACH initiative, will provide support for the management and analysis of cross-cutting information for all RRM partners.
