This action addresses urgent humanitarian needs and enhances resilience among crisis-affected populations across 5 provinces of Afghanistan (Baghlan, Kunduz, Takhar, Balkh, and Nangarhar), with a focus on underserved and shock-prone areas. It integrates inclusive emergency interventions as well as shock-based assistance while strengthening evidence-based humanitarian planning for efficient and effective responses.
