The closing date of this International Call for Tender is fixed on 7-02-2019at 2:00 PM (Yemen time). Offers must be submitted to ACTED Office in Sana’a, Yemen in a sealed envelope with the text: “T/15DCI/O96/ HFH-SIH /HOD/28-01-2019/001– not to be opened until opening session” written on the outside of the envelope. Late Bids will be automatically rejected. Bids from unqualified bidders will be rejected.

لن تكون منظمة أكتد مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يدفعها المتقدمين للتحضير و التقديم للمناقصة الخاصة بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم لمنظمة أكتد كما و لن تكون مسؤولة عن ابلاغ المانقصين غير الناجحين عن نتيجة العطاء
