ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), in partnership with Humanity and Inclusion (HI), CEFE NET, HDO and FIOH, implementing the “Integrated Economic Development of Uva and Central provinces of Sri Lanka” project under Europe Aid funding, is inviting suppliers of assets to submit offers for the following lots.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected by paying a fee of LKR 300 by all interested bidders at the following ACTED Representative office

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult ACTED and IAPG’s websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 28/01/2019 at 09.30 AM [local time in Colombo, Sri Lanka] at ACTED representative office in No 24, Rajasinghe Road, Colombo 6- SRI LANKA. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before  24/02/2020 at 4:30 PM [local time in Colombo, Sri Lanka] at one of the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at srilanka.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org with subject line “MSME Assets for Nuwara Eliya District“. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 26/02/2020 at 09.00 AM [local time in Colombo, Sri Lanka] in the ACTED representative office in No 24, Rajasinghe Road, Colombo 6- SRI LANKA.. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
