ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), under Helvetas funding is inviting suppliers of Water, Communication, Printing, Office supplies and Hotel to submit offers for each batch for the signature of a One year Framework agreement for the supply of goods and services below mentioned:
– Water
– Communication items
– Printing items
– Offices supplies
– Hotel services
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on July 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm in ACTED representative office in Hotel Cox’s Hilton, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before July 25, 2018 at 05:00 pm at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at coxbazar.logistics@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org & christian.misagal@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on July 26, 2018 at 11:00 am in the ACTED Country office Hotel Cox’s Hilton, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
