ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) partner in the HAWKAMA consortium, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following description of the works/products:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (Drawings, Bid Condition, Technical and General Specifications, etc.) (in English) should be collected free of charge by all interested bidders by sending an email to request the documents to the following email with the name of the company and the representative at Lebanon.tender@acted.org cc tender@acted.org before 21/01/2022

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
Temporary Insurance Value: 30,000 USD (Thirty Thousand USD only) or as Bank guarantee. Temporary Insurance by virtue of a Bank Guarantee Letter issued by a bank approved by the Republic of Lebanon in accordance with the circular of Mr. / Prime Minister No (25/96) dated 13.02.1996 provided that it shall be automatically renewed unless ACTED expressed its approval upon the termination of the same.
All bids must be submitted no later than 28/01/2022 (January 28th 2022) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in two (2) sealed separate envelopes or two (2) separate Emails (1- offer form 2-all other related and requested documents) to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on the 1st week of February 2022 (exact time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut or online (Zoom) depending on the country’s circumstances. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
