The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from the NCCI website at https://www.ncciraq.org/en/ under the section “Bids & Tenders”.

ACTED reserves the right to cancel the call for tender.

All bids must be submitted before 14/09/2020 (September 14^th, 2020) at 04:00 PM (Iraq time) by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org or at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
