PUBLICATION OF A  NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT REHABILITATION WORKS

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is implementing several projects in Lebanon and is inviting suppliers of products and services to submit offers for the following call for tender:

 

Lot 1 Rehabilitation works in Achkout School (optional)

Lot 2 Rehabilitation works in Al Nahda School (optional)

Lot 3 Rehabilitation works in Aley Prison (optional)

Lot 4 Rehabilitation works in Baabda Prison (optional)

Lot 5 Rehabilitation works in Baabda Central Prison (optional)

Lot 6 Rehabilitation works in Bazbina School (optional)

Lot 7 Rehabilitation works in Beddewe Prison (optional)

Lot 8 Rehabilitation works in Bir Hassan Detention (optional)

Lot 9 Rehabilitation works in Ghobairy Detention (optional)

Lot 10 Rehabilitation works in Ghosta School (optional)

Lot 11 Rehabilitation works in Rayhaniye School (optional)

Suppliers can bid for one or several lots. If the supplier answers only to one lot, this supplier will be considered as eligible for the tender.

ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot

 

A mandatory information session will be organized on 15/11/2018 (10:00 AM) at ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. Attendance at this seesion must be confirmed by email to ACTED by 14/11/2018 by COB at the following addresses lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut

Or can be downloaded from the DALEEL MADANI website under the section “Calls & funding”, at http://daleel-madani.org/calls or from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender” or from IAPG website at http://www.iapg.org.uk/.

 

All bids must be submitted no later than 26/11/2018 (November, 26 2018) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on the 27 November 2018 (afternoon) in the ACTED representative office in Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Lebanon not later than the 23th of November 2018 at 12:00 (Noon) (local Lebanese time) by E-mail at lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc tender@acted.org.
