The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by sending a blank email to pakistan.tender@acted.org, CC tender@acted.org , titled  T/04GEN/M1PDRM/ISL/09.01.2026/07, there will be a link in return email.

 

Or The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

–        ACTED representative office in House # 59, Orchard Road, Orchard Scheme, Murree Road, Islamabad (PAKISTAN).

All bids must be submitted until 29th of January 2026 at 07:00 PM (Islamabad time) at the address mentioned below in a sealed envelope. House # 59, Orchard Road, Orchard Scheme, Murree Road, Islamabad, Pakistan. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids/samples to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 30.01.2026 at 11.00 am in the ACTED representative office in House # 59, Orchard Road, Orchard Scheme, Murree Road, Islamabad, Pakistan. The presence of the bidders’ representative is allowed if interested.
