ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), planning to implement the project Securing women’s Economic Empowerment in Donbass (SEED)” under GAC funding is inviting suppliers to submit offers for each batch for the following supplies:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in Ukrainian and English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 29/09/2020 at 3:00pm on Zoom

If bidders are interested to participate, they can contact the ACTED representative office in Kiev, 10 Observatorna street, office 21 no later than 16/10/2020 at 06:00 pm by telephone (+ 380632034710) or by E-mail at ukraine.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

 

All bids must be submitted before the [16/10/2020] at [06:00 pm] at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at ukraine.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org (submission by email is preferable but not compulsory). Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 19/10/2020 at 12:00 am in the ACTED representative office in Kiev, 10 Observatorna street, office 21. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
