ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting suppliers of furniture items to submit offers for each lot for the award of one-year framework agreement:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the above-mentioned website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before the 13/10/2019 (October the 13th, 2019) at 17:00 (Iraq time) at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place between the 14/10/2019 and the 17/10/2019 in ACTED office in Erbil, IRAQ (6th street (Khabat street). The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed and potential bidders can contact ACTED by email to get more details concerning exact timing.
