ACTED, implementing projects in Ukraine, is inviting suppliers of supplies to submit offers for one or all lots for the following supplies:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Romanian) may be requested through the e-mail address Ukraine.tender@acted.org cc tender@acted.org or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on 21/04/2022 at 17:00 Kiev time using Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders should send a request for a link to Ukraine.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org before 20/04/2022 17:00.
All bids must be submitted before on 29/04/2022 at 12:00 Kiev time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Ukraine.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org. Late offers will not be considered, unless insufficient number of offers is received and tender deadline is extended.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 02/05/2022 at 16:00 Kiev time in the ACTED representative office in Heroiv UPA Street, 73, Lviv. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
