ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “                                       Improving access to WASH services and livelihoods opportunities” under UNHCR funding is inviting consultants and consultancy firms to submit offers for the following Flood Mitigation Feasibility Study.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

  • ACTED Office Hai Cinema Plot 64, block AXII. Juba, South Sudan

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” and IAPG website at https://www.iapg.org.uk/ under the section “Latest Tenders”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED or IAPG websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before 13/04/2020 at 5:00PM at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at south-sudan.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

The tender opening session will take place on 14/04/2020 at 11:00AM (South Sudanese local time) in the ACTED representative office in Juba. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. Note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, implementation dates may be subject to change to ensure the safety of consultants and beneficiaries but also because of travel restrictions that could restrain consultants from entering and exiting the country as well as moving within the country.
