ACTED, implementing the project “Reduce the impact of the conflict on refugees in Moldova & ensure access to humanitarian assistance” under UNHCR’s funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for at least one lots for the following Kindergartens installation and rehabilitations:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Or can be requested by sending an email to moldova.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org or downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

The offer must be submitted to ACTED Logistics department in a sealed envelope marked “Not to be opened before 01/10/2024” and the Tender reference number above. If the offer is sent by email, it must state in the object “Offer for tender T/67FUN/G4Z/APC/CHS/INFRA/17092024” to the following email: moldova.tender@acted.org, cc : tender@acted.org

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A compulsory site visit of the of Balți Community Center at the following address: Balți, Conev 3 street, will be organized on the 20 of September 2024 at 12-00 AM.
The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.

All bids must be submitted before 01 of October 2024, at 3pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 01 of October at 3:30PM in the ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun Chișinău, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed – according to the request by the phone or by email to moldova.tender@acted.org and CC tender@acted.org.
