The quantities are indicative and are subject to change.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) is only available online and can be download on the Libyan investment website at https://www.libyaninvestment.com/; or from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” and www.iapg.org.uk under the section tenders.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Libyan Investment website and ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

bids must be submitted before the 26/04/2021 at 05:00 PM Libya Local Time by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org and Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place the 27/04/2021 at 4 PM Libya Local time in the ACTED representative in ACTED Capital Office in Tunisia, Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – Office A1-1, 1st floor ,1053- Les berges du Lac 2 –Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is not allowed due to COVID 19 restriction. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Tunisia not later than 20/04/2021 at 12:00 AM Libya Local Time by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org
